8My own personal cupcake extravaganza, cupcakes inspired by elmo, hello kitty, hostess cakes, and summery flowers. My hello kitty skills need some major work…all filled with marshmallow frosting, frosted with buttercream, flowers made with fondant. Elmo and hostess are chocolate, hello kitty is cranberry flavored and flowers are lemon flavored. Actually I didn’t have cranberries or lemons, so I used sweet&sour and cosmopolitan mix-good enough.
